How to choose or change assistance company

It depends a bit on how it looks for you today with notice period at your current assistance company. If you already have an existing assistant group that wants to come along and get employed with us, then we can start almost immediately.

If you need to recruit assistants, we can usually start your assistance within 2 weeks. We are a popular employer with low staff turnover and have already gathered interested assistants around Sweden in our candidate bank.

When we sign a contract, we organize a meeting with the personal assistants you want to join us. They will receive information about us and an offer of employment, possibly also starting a recruitment process.

Your contract with your current assistance company needs to be terminated. We help you with termination. During the time until your assistance starts with us, we have a close contact where we plan together the implementation of your assistance. Training for your assistants is also booked. If you wish, we can take care of all the practicalities of assistance compensation, etc. with your old assistance company.
