Choosing an assistance provider<\/strong><\/div>

There are many things to consider when choosing an assistance provider. We have divided it into two parts that we think are important. The first part is about checking that the assistance company is serious and provides assistance in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. When you know that the assistance company is serious, there are things you should already know about the assistance company to get an idea of whether you will be able to work well together and we have put that information in part two.<\/p>\n

The assistance provider assumes full employer responsibility<\/strong>This involves everything from recruiting assistants and administering salaries, taxes and fees, to ensuring a safe and secure working environment for the assistants. They also take care of reporting to the Social Insurance Agency and the Swedish Tax Agency. You can choose between three types of providers: municipal organizations, private companies or user cooperatives, each with their unique strengths and specialization to meet your needs.<\/p><\/div><\/div>
