In the role of personal assistant, knowledge and security are the basis for both you as an assistant and the customer to thrive.<\/h4>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

As a personal assistant, you're the one who does the big job every day at the customer's home. An important prerequisite for a good result and a job that you enjoy is knowledge and security. With us, you get a lot of training that strengthens you in your role as a personal assistant.<\/p>\n

The amount of training you will receive depends very much on your client's situation. We have internal web trainings that all personal assistants attend but also specific trainings that differ depending on the needs of each client.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

Basic training, personal assistance<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
<\/span>The course is mandatory for all newly hired employees at Carelli assistans. The course aims to provide a basic knowledge of the role of personal assistant, legislation, work environment work and the procedures that exist at Carelli assistans. The training is based on the National Board of Health and Welfare's guidelines on what skills a person working in personal assistance needs to have.<\/span><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

In-depth training for personal assistants<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
<\/span>The course is compulsory for all personal assistants employed by Carelli assistans. The aim of the course is to provide a deeper understanding of legislation, assessments and decisions and social documentation. Personal<\/span> the assistant will gain increased knowledge in IBIC (Individual Needs at the Center) and treatment.\u00a0<\/span><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

\t\nSupervisor training<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
<\/span>The course is compulsory for all supervisors employed by Carelli assistans. The course aims to give the supervisor knowledge in the work of leading an assistant group, get a good knowledge of Carelli assistance routines and administration, labor legislation and work environment.<\/span><\/div>

\t\nFirst aid<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
<\/span>All Carelli Assistans employees must have valid first aid training. A training course is valid for two years. If you already have a valid qualification from another employer, you do not need to take this training<\/span><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Fire training<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
<\/span>Fire training is mandatory for all employees. Here you will learn about fire safety, extinguishing fires with fire extinguishers, and how to evacuate the customer in the event of a fire.<\/span><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
