The leader manages conflicts in complex operations and contributes to a sustainable work environment.<\/p>\n<h2>Motivation of the jury:<\/h2>\n<p>\u201dAnneli \u00c5str\u00f6m is awarded the prize <em>Conflict Manager of the Year 2025<\/em>&nbsp;for his very brave and persistent leadership in one of Sweden's most complex and financially pressured industries - personal assistance.<br \/><br \/>In a business characterized by tough political control, extensive regulations, underfunding and high demands on quality and ethics, Anneli has taken on a mission where conflicts have not been the exception, but part of everyday life. Over the past 2.5 years, she has led Carelli Assistans in a radical change process: from an economy in imbalance, fragmented organization and unclear direction to a cohesive, stable and professionally anchored business.<\/p>\n<p>With clarity, structure and clear relationship skills, Anneli has built common ways of working, clarified responsibilities and developed trust between managers, employees, customers and external stakeholders. She has dared to make difficult decisions - even when they involved financial risks - to stand up for long-term sustainability in both the work environment, quality and ethical approaches. In an industry where compromises are often necessary, she has shown that principle and humanity are not contradictory, but are crucial to managing conflicts responsibly. She has also shown that it is possible to make counter-demands on her clients in order for the business to function as desired.<\/p>\n<p>Anneli is characterized by her calmness, her presence and her ability to persevere in difficult situations. She manages conflicts by creating structure, dialog and clarity - even when conditions are most demanding.
