Working as a personal assistant
As a personal assistant, you are an important part of our customers' lives. For Carelli, it is important that everyone enjoys and feels happy at work and that the tasks are meaningful. With us, everyone is involved and can influence their work environment. As an employee, you also have the opportunity for skills development, but our absolute strength is our knowledgeable area managers who are always available and who work closely with our assistants and customers.

We work actively with social sustainability, to create such a good working environment that our assistants will feel good throughout their working lives. In addition to working to promote health, we also think it is important that there is a balance between work and leisure so that everyone feels good and can do a good job.

Coming home to a user smiling ear to ear because they get to see you is one of the best feelings there is! No matter what anyone says about how you do your job, a smile and what the user says is what means the most and totally melts the heart. So many nice moments you have with users that also mean a lot to me as an assistant and person. Love my job that does not feel like a job!

I think everything works well, we usually bring up what we think are important things at our APT. Both staff and manager ensure that things are done. I think it's really important that we follow up on all cases. Regardless of our positions, we have a good working relationship at Carelli, and I'm happy about that.
