Carelli Assistans processes various personal data for which Carelli Assistans is the data controller. This involves data relating to assistance clients, contacts with authorities, business contacts, people who contact Carelli Assistans and job applicants.
This privacy policy describes how Carelli Assistans fulfills its obligations as a data controller.
Carelli Assistans takes measures to protect personal data in accordance with
the General Data Protection Regulation, the Data Protection Act and information security guidelines. Carelli Assistans investigates personal data breaches immediately, according to established procedures. Carelli Assistans does not store any data that violates privacy.
Processing of personal data - legal bases
Carelli Assistans shall rely on at least one of the following legal bases for all processing of personal data

Processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject by law or regulation

The data subject has a contract or will enter into a contract with the controller

Carelli Assistans processes the following personal data:
Assistance clients
Personal data of clients who have interventions within the Act for Support and Service (LSS). This includes ongoing, completed and potential assignments. The purpose of storing personal data is to prepare and complete an intervention, to document our interventions and for invoicing and administration.
Contacts with the authorities
Clients and contact persons of an authority with which Carelli Assistans has an assignment. This includes ongoing, completed and potential assignments. The purpose for storing personal data is the preparation and completion of assignments, as well as invoicing and administration.
Business contacts
Customers, employees, contacts, suppliers or partners of a company or organization with which Carelli Assistans has a business relationship. This includes ongoing, terminated and potential business contacts. The purpose for storing personal data is to prepare and fulfill contracts, as well as for invoicing and administration.
People who contact Carelli Assistans
Those who choose to contact Carelli Assistans in connection with inquiries about Carelli Assistans, and in connection with this provide their personal data via, for example, e-mail, telephone. The purpose of storing personal data is to be able to send out information about Carelli Assistans and for marketing purposes.
Job seekers
Those who submit application documents for a vacancy or submit spontaneous applications. Carelli Assistance stores the following data: name, year of birth, gender, e-mail address, telephone number, address, answers to selection questions in the application form, CV, cover letter, other attachments (grades),
test results from work psychology tests. Carelli Assistans saves this data for a maximum of 24 months, in accordance with the Discrimination Act.
Storage of data
All personal data is stored in our closed, confidential systems. Carelli Assistans never stores data longer than necessary for the purposes of the processing. Carelli
Assistans therefore carries out regular purges of stored personal data and deletes data that is no longer needed.
Recipients of the data
Carelli Assistans never discloses information regarding personal data, unless authorization or written consent is given.
Rights and entitlements
Data subjects have the right to request access to their personal data. Under certain conditions, they also have the right to request that the processing of their personal data be restricted, that the personal data be amended
or erased, to object to the processing. This request must be in writing and sent to the head office in Karlshamn. With reference to the Data Protection Regulation, Carelli Assistans cannot disclose personal data if it may adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others.
The data subject has the right to rectification, to obtain without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate and/or incomplete personal data undergoing processing. This request must be in writing and sent to the headquarters in Karlshamn.
The data subject has the right to have their personal data erased if:
- the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they are processed
- you withdraw the consent on which the processing is based and there is no other legal basis for the processing.
Carelli Assistans is not obliged to delete the personal data in your request if the processing is necessary, for example, to comply with a legal obligation or if there is a contractual relationship where we should be able to assert or defend legal claims. The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint about the processing of personal data, this is done via
line manager or quality and operations manager.
