My name is Anneli Åström and it is I who have been given the honor of carrying out the assignment as CEO of Carelli from August 8. I look forward to it with excitement and confidence, it will be very fun.
I have a background where I have worked in the field of disability for almost all my professional life, with people who have had interventions according to LSS, in different functions at different levels, in different organizations.
This area of activity is close to my heart, because I know that if we who work for the target group do a good job, we can help to make a difference for the individual. I am absolutely convinced that the personal meeting and close relationships are the key to both satisfied customers and employees. That we who are around the customer, in different ways and together, focus on the customer's needs and are committed, responsive and available. That all employees have the skills required for the assignment, that supervisors and managers create the well-being and good working environment needed for employees to be able to perform their duties in the best way.
