Good quality assistance!
94% answers are completely correct/agree when asked if they feel that they provide good quality assistance.
6% answers partly or not at all.
Well-being and cooperation
On average, 90% (fully agree/agree) of the assistants state that they are happy at work, with colleagues and that it works well in the cooperation with the customers they work with and their relatives.
Accessibility, systems and support
Approximately 80% of the assistants who responded to the employee survey are satisfied with the availability of Carelli assistans, feel that they are supported in how systems and procedures work, and are satisfied with the support provided by management / administration.
Manager and leadership
Around 80% who responded to the employee survey are satisfied with the cooperation with their manager, feel confident in their manager and feel supported by their manager.
